Story
Trying to send 2 huge Mac monitors from the UK to US, Greg Zontanos and Alex Christodoulou realised how painful it was before Weengs exists. Looking for boxes to fit and properly protect the monitors, wrapping the monitors to keep them safe, researching the fastest or cheapest carrier and filling custom forms took an incredible effort and wast amount of time. Due to these problems, the co-founders launched an app in 2015 to sort them out with a simple button tap.

What they do
Customers take photos of the items they want to delivery, and in less than 30 minutes, if they are in Central London, one of the Weengs courier is knocking on the customer’s front door ready to pack and dispatch the items. Weengs charges a flat £5 rate, regardless how many items will be dispatched. There is a shipping cost estimator inside the app, where customers fill up the product’s dimensions and weight, getting an approximately cost. They partners include Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, and ParcelForce.

It looks like a convenient way to have the items delivered anywhere in the world easily.
