What’s your all-time favorite activity to do in your free time?

I’ll go first — for me, it probably has to do something with being creative. Hmm. I’d say it’s writing.

I love writing random stories in my free time sooo much. You can’t imagine.

And considering the fact that my full-time job is also connected to writing (I’m a copywriter, hello), I’d say this is the activity that takes most of my time throughout the day, every day.

But, if I’m honest, finding my style and understanding how to properly express my ideas through writing wasn’t the easiest journey, though.

Just like anyone else, it took me years of practice and a series of failed articles to find my tone of voice and style.

That’s why, in this article, I’d like to share some of my favorite writing exercises that could help you become a better wordsmith faster.

Let’s get to it.

Exercise #1 — Read Random Stories and Rewrite With Your Own Words

This is a great place to start if you want to level up your writing skills.
