On November 13–14th, some of the best entrepreneurs and investors from all over the globe will join 800 attendees in the Startup Grind Tech Conference.

Remarkable names, such as Ryan Bubinski (Founder of Codeacademy), Dhiraj Mukherjee (Founder of Shazam), Orit Kopel (Founder of Wikitribune), Clancy Childs (CTO at Dow Jones), Lorenz Jüngling (CPO and co-founder of N26 — who are opening a 100-people development office in Barcelona), Asha Jadeja (serial angel investor & VC based in Silicon Valley — one of the first investors of Google), and investors from companies like Atomico, K Fund and many more will be speaking at this edition of the conference.

As it was the case last year, we’re welcoming more than 100 investors in the conference, from companies like Kibo, Encomenda, Caixa Capital Risc, BANC (Business Angels Network Catalunya), GoBeyond, Victoria Capital, Keiretsu Forum, Telegraph Hill Capital, Summit Partners and many more. Some companies have raised over 1M from investors they met at the conference last year.

On Tuesday, we will open the registration at 6pm and do the opening night at Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm, including two sessions and a cocktail with the VIPs of the Barcelona Startup ecosystem! All thanks to our partner Estrella Damm!

This is the stunning venue where we’re hosting the opening night on November 13th

On Wednesday, we bring on the full conference, from 8am — there’ll be breakfast there — until 6pm at the Auditori AXA. This is how it looks like:

This is where we will host our second edition of the Startup Grind Barcelona Conference

We will talk about Blockchain and the applications in the banking industry with Montse Guàrdia (Banc Sabadell), How to hire and manage remote developers with Laura González (HR Manager at Schibsted) and Xavier Redó (Founder and CTO of MarsBased) and How do VCs evaluate tech projects with Alexis Bonte from Atomico, just to name a few. Other topics will include the future of education, how to battle fake news with technology, learnings and fuckups doing ICOs, or how to work remotely achieving a balanced life, with Ruby on Rails core team member Xavier Noria.

We can’t wait to see you. We’ve got a promotion that ends next Sunday, so this might be your last chance to get tickets at 50% off. Hurry up!
