AeroGuest is a full-service, mobile platform for digital guest experience before, during, and after the hotel stay. Guests can choose a room, check-in and out, and even pay — right on their mobile phones. At the guests’ convenience, they can also use their phone as a digital key.
– How did AeroGuest come to be? What was the problem you found and the ‘aha’ moment?

By checking in with AeroGuest you can choose your own room,- like choosing a seat in an airplane.
— What milestone are you most proud of so far?
Expanding to 15 countries in 12 months.
— Have you pursued funding and if so, what steps did you take?
Yes — we were funded by business angels the first 3 years, and last year we had our Seed Investment from VCs.
– What KPIs are you tracking that you think will lead to revenue generation/growth?
Get our ecosystem of B2B2C at full speed will provide multiple revenue streams and strong growth.
— How do you build and develop talent?
From experience and with local talent straight out of university.
— What are the biggest challenges for the team?
Multiple integrations to PMS, Mobile Access, Channel Managers, and Payment Gateway across continents. Overcome by hard work.
— What’s been the biggest success for the team? How did you celebrate?
Our biggest win was the signing of a big international hotel group. We celebrated by popping champagne!
