We help companies get the most out of their reward programs.

– How did Cashin come to be? What was the problem you found and the ‘aha’ moment?

When we realized we could make the process 100% digital — intuitive, easy, and friction-less for users. For example, a user can choose between withdrawing cash at Lotérica, transfer to a bank account, paying bills, recharging a cellphone, and shopping online. All digital.

— What sets Cashin apart in the market?

We are 100% digital with simple technology, great rewards, and expert service to help companies get the most out of their reward programs. A company can lower costs, simplify the process, and get rewards to users instantly.

— What milestone are you most proud of so far?

Growing 26 B2B clients during the pandemic year.

— Have you pursued funding and if so, what steps did you take?

We received pre-seed funding.

— How do you build and develop talent?

Focus on diversity. We created a team of people with different backgrounds to work together.

— What are the biggest challenges for the team?

Building a technology team and developing the product — studying and talking to experienced professionals from the tech area.

— What’s been the biggest success for the team? How did you celebrate?

Delivering the credit card feature was a huge win for our team. We celebrated by taking the whole Cash.In team to a happy hour party!

— What’s something you’re constantly thinking about?

What can we do best and the next great feature we can have to improve our product.

Trust your gut feelings and keep studying and keep learning.
