School Legends: Presentation and Milestone

Greetings to all users of Medium!

Something huge happened the other days and I want to talk to you about it, so you GOT to read this!

It was a Friday, a day like any other day. I put on my brand new clothes -only for special occasions- in order to attend a highly important lesson at AdandPRLab PenteionUni.

The final challenges for mr.Kapetanakis were about to be announced.

Partners of AdandPRLab presented the challenges that we had to deal with. First and foremost, the courtesy of Coca-Cola Company, Stefanos Nikas and Diana Birba, were seaking for a Coca-Cola app that teens would love.

The moment we saw it,my teammate Jason Psarras had the most brilliant idea. It came right ti him.

We were doing a game.

But not just any game. A Quiz. You can learn more about it at Jason Psarras Nikos Zampekos and Irene Skoufi stories while I’m here to inform you for the feedback we got at the final presentation and of course, our plans for the next milestone.

So, let’s get right to it.

On Saturday, 27th of May, AdandPRLab and its partners as well, were gathered in Impact Hub of Athens, in order for students to present our ideas ulon the challenges and get the feedback we needed from the specialists.

As we presented the Coca-Cola app Quiz game, we spoted a look of interest inside judges’ eyes. They seemed excited and we thank them for it. The presentation and idea, in their own words, was precise, accurate and targeted. A very useful tip was that they suggested that we experiment on a more aninated game rather than a quiz, however the research that we did -you can read it in Irene Skoufi story- said otherwise!

Hope I didn’t get you bored cause now it’s time to talk to you about how we plan to achieve the next milestone. (I promise, it won’t take long!)

So, in order to achieve the next milestone, somw resources will be needed and of course, an effort. At first, a very playable and vertical slice can be produced. After that, a team of about 10 professionals (artists, UI designers, software and network engineers) will devote to making the game, that will take about 2–3 months. To conclude, the cost estimation of the game is approximately at 50.000€.

Ladies and gentlemen, that was it. I hope this piece wan interesting for you! Huge thanks to my exceptional teammates Jason Psarras Irene Skoufi Nikos Zampekos for their fun cooperation! I also thank Stefanos Nikas and Diana Birba for this opportunity, Spiros Kapetanakis and Katerina Vlassopoulou for their guidance. Miss Betty Tsakarestou thank you as well for your great leadership and another wonderful semester!
