Realo Feature Post #10: Listing Strength & Listing Performance

Remember our post about the new ‘List your home’ flow from a couple of weeks ago? We explained how it now only takes 10 easy steps to publish your home for sale or rent on Realo.

We made it super easy for you to pass the threshold of publishing your listing online. The next step would be to help you get the most out of that listing. That’s what our engineering team has been working on this week.

Listing Strength

So, once you’ve gone through those 10 steps and published your home, we’re giving you extra tips & tricks to publish a perfect listing.

Listing preview & tips on how to improve it

A visual progress bar at the top of your listing page indicates its current strength.

On the same page, you’ll get tips on how to improve your listing and, ultimately, get more potential buyers or renters to view it.

Follow these steps to optimize your listing and get more views

Giving more information about the listing will help potential buyers and renters to figure out whether or not the home you’re selling is right for them. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that potential buyers and renters will go straight to arranging a visit instead of calling and emailing to ask for more information.

To get to work, simply click a tip and you’ll get right to the listing editor.

Listing Performance

In the upper right corner of the listing page, we’re showing you how your listing is performing.

See how your listing is performing

You’ll see the number of people who have contacted you about the listing, viewed your listing and saved your listing as a ‘Saved Home’.

Taking the Listing Offline

Once you’ve sold or rented out your home, you can easily take your listing offline by clicking ‘Cancel listing’ at the top of the page.

Good luck selling your home!
