Today I am genuinely thrilled to bring you our most exciting news yet!

Converse.AI has been acquired by U.S.-based Smartsheet, a high-growth work execution software company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Smartsheet’s cloud-based platform empowers collaboration, drives better decision making, and accelerates innovation for more than 70,000 brands across 190 countries, including more than half of the Fortune 500. All of us at Converse.AI are excited about this opportunity to expand the use of our core technologies by partnering with a company like Smartsheet.

We’re also excited by the opportunity to join forces with a team whose entrepreneurial culture, and approach to enhancing the way in which organizations work, is so closely aligned with our own vision. By becoming part of the Smartsheet team, we will be able to use their scale to our advantage and accelerate our cutting-edge product development.

The Converse.AI platform will continue to be a standalone product, while simultaneously being used to enhance the capabilities of Smartsheet’s work execution platform. Additionally, we will continue to support and expand our customer base using the resources now available to us.

What does this mean for you?

We are committed to continuing business as usual. There are no immediate plans to change the product functionality, the pricing structure or the service levels that we provide. We absolutely see this acquisition as an opportunity to continue our rapid development and industry leading capabilities, but with an added boost! The entire Converse.AI team will be joining Smartsheet and will be hiring additional talent to meet and exceed our customer needs.
