What has brought together over 60 presenters from the OpenStreetMap community representing 20 plus Asian countries since 2015? Scholarships! State of the Map Asia offers scholarships to support travel and accommodation for participants from outside the host city.
State of the Map (SotM) Asia is the annual conference of the OpenStreetMap (OSM) communities across Asia. It brings together a diverse group of community leaders, users, mappers, and enthusiasts to celebrate the sustained growth of the platform and share best practices. Our two-day gathering has proven to be a fertile ground for sharing knowledge, fostering relationships, and encouraging new collaborations.
This year, it is our privilege to open Bengaluru’s doors for the OSM community across the continent. However, it is expensive to maintain such diversity without the support of our community. We want you to get involved — support our international participants fly to Bengaluru.
