Uncorked, New York City’s premier outdoor spring fine food and fun event, will return for a ninth iteration on Saturday, June 3. The event will be held at Historic Richmond Town, 441 Clark Ave., from noon to 4 p.m. Adult tickets are $34.99 online or $40 at the door, and tickets for children are $12.99 online and $15 at the door.

Stroll through the historic town on a beautiful spring day and sample dishes from the area’s top chefs. Enjoy a taste of fine wines. See traditional recipes being prepared. Experience the creation of restaurant specialties as chefs demonstrate their favorite recipes. Taste it all. Classic American dishes and ethnic flavors will tickle your palete.

The presenting sponsors, Celebrity Cruises and Expedia CruiseShipCenters, will bring guests on a chocolate and wine pairing tour around the world! Roxanne Browning, chocolate sommelier, will run two pairing classes in the Third County Courthouse, at 12:45 and 2:45 p.m. Space is limited to 50 guests per class, so line up early! And just maybe you’ll be inspired to book that long-awaited cruise!
