An upcoming Staten Island seminar featuring two leading marketing experts will explain how established businesses and startups can greatly enhance their online presence.

The free workshop, “Breaking Through Online — Making Digital Marketing Work,” will be conducted by Barton Horowitz, president of Relevant Public Relations LLC, and authorized Constant Contact expert Susan Wilcox, president of e-Dynamic Marketing LLC.

Presented by Richmond County Savings Bank, a division of New York City Community Bank, Member FDIC, the SCORE Staten Island seminar will take place Tuesday, May 2, 9 to 11:30 a.m., at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1100 South Ave., in the Staten Island community of Bloomfield.

Topics will include brand-building strategies, connecting with your customers, and driving traffic.

A wonderful networking opportunity, the business event will provide attendees with valuable extra perks, as well: Free one-on-one consultation and additional in-depth workshops.

“It’s a special opportunity for business owners when Susan Wilcox and Bart Horowitz team up for a presentation, as they’ve only done so once before,” said John Amodio, SCORE Staten Island first vice-chair and business mentor. “The knowledge they impart is invaluable. With each confirming much has changed within the digital-marketing world during the past months, the upcoming joint presentation is of particular importance to all entrepreneurs seeking to be on the leading edge.”

As seating is limited, pre-registration is advised and can be conducted online at https://statenisland.score.org/take-workshop-9/, or by calling Marie at SCORE Staten Island at (718) 727–1221 and leaving a message containing your phone number and email address.
