Not everyone was phased by “Independence Day” in America or the apocalyptic dip in the crypto-currency secondary markets.

Nope… a couple cool cats kept coding.

In fact, the past week the ethereum project directory saw 14 new listings active!

Year-to-date that puts State of the DApps’ new project listings at(the kind of insane number) 250, for the first half of the year. Keep in mind, that this directory is specific to ethereum projects, it would be very interesting to know the total amount of new blockchain projects created in 2017 so far.

A couple more Augur-able thoughts I am having.

How many different decentralized applications will we see by the end of the year?

Which ones will actually go to market within the next year? 3 years? 5 years?

Which existing megalith-app will be the first to get blockbustered?

Which ICO will normies lose their mortgage on?

Below is the list of 14 from the past week, and their description. Please note that every new listing may not be a brand new project, but a lot of them are. You can always submit a new DApp or update an existing listing by filling out the form through the “+” button on the website.

Click the linked name to view that ethereum projects listing. If you’d like more information on any given DApp, reach out on the etherians slack channel #state-of-the-dapps.
