Stateset ReSponse powered by GPT-3 launches on the Shopify App Store
Stateset has launched it’s first post-purchase automation app on the Shopify App Store.

Using Stateset ReSponse, Shopify Merchants can generate responses to customer service tickets based on their knowledge base and real-time customer and order data from Shopify. Merchants can upload a set of documents and ReSponse answers the customer service ticket by parsing the subject and body of the ticket. The uploaded documents can be a company knowledge base, product data, FAQ data or any source of truth.
ReSponse is integrated with Gorgias, the leading customer experience platform for Shopify merchants. By combining the merchant’s knowledge base, Shopify data and customer service tickets in Gorgias; merchants will be able to respond to customers faster than ever before. The responses can be tied into other post-purchase workflows such as RMA (Returns Management Automation), Warranty Management, Shipping Label Creation and Inventory Management.
ReSponse is powered by Open AI’s GPT-3, the largest language model ever created. It is very powerful technology and we are only scratching the surface on how it can be applied to automate post-purchase operations.
