Status Money now gives members rewards for taking actions to improve their finances

In another industry first, we’re excited to announce the launch of our rewards program! Status Money now finds ways for members to improve their finances, then gives them rewards for taking actions such as getting a better savings account, refinancing a loan, or opening an investment account.

The program is a major step forward on our journey to create financial transparency and help everyone be smarter about money.

Here’s how it works:

1. Members get $5 for joining Status and $2 for setting up their account
2. They can earn an unlimited amount of additional rewards by taking action on recommendations that have golden reward badges

3. When the member takes action, we automatically start tracking the reward and add it to their account

4. Once the member earns $10 or more, they can redeem their rewards with a free ACH transfer to their bank
