Stay Safe Dundee: COVID-19 Restrictions Update — 4 January 2021

The Scottish Government have announced new restrictions as Parliament has been recalled for the first time in 2021. Here is the latest on the new restrictions which the Scottish Government have announced.
🏫 Schools to remain closed until February
Schools across Dundee and the rest of Scotland will remain closed until February.
Previously, it was announced that schools across Dundee and the rest of Scotland would return on January 18 with online learning taking place from January 11.
What the government has confirmed is that pupils will learn online until February.
This will be reviewed on January 18 by the government.
🏡 Stay at Home measures return from midnight
The Stay at Home message has returned. This was previously a message that was dominated during the March lockdown.
Due to this, people are again continuing to be told to work from home.
These measures will be in force from midnight up until the end of January.
🛐 Places of worship to close from Friday
Places of worship are to close from Friday with the exceptions of broadcasting, weddings and funerals.
