Stay Safe Dundee’s weekly briefings occur each Sunday which provides information on the number of cases, number of people in hospital and ICU and the differences from the week before.

Summary

Positive cases (183, +31 from last week)

This week has seen a decrease in the number of cases from last week which stood at 152, it is now increased by 31 to 183.

7 day positive rate (122.6, +20.8 from last week)

The 7 day positive rate has decreased by quite a bit. An 20.8 increase isn’t good but if we stick with it, we can get this to decrease.

81 patients were admitted to hospital in the NHS Tayside area which is a increase of 11 from last week.

ICU patients (5, no change from last week)

However, despite this, ICU patients have remained at 5 from the last week.
