Recipe: Blueberry Superfood Smoothie

This smoothie is our favorite way start our mornings while fueling our bodies with everything we need for the day! The recipe is packed with superfoods like blueberries, chia seeds and spinach. Smoothies are great for increasing your fruit and vitamin intake, but for a balanced meal try pairing it with another breakfast recipe, plain eggs and toast or some protein oats!
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/4 of frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 2 tsps. chia seeds
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until smooth
