Be Careful What You Wish For

I used to want to live forever. And I put my money where my mouth was. I ate a plant-based diet with no processed food, took lots of supplements, walked 10,000 steps a day, did yoga and meditation, and asked my doctor to prescribe Metformin for me as soon as I read that it supposedly lengthened life (in mice, but whatever).

This week may have changed my mind. Two of my favorite Phoenix people died this week.
