Fiverr Partners With Stellar Formation to Set Up Freelancers’ Companies

We are happy to announce that we have joined Fiverr to release a new suite of tools for entrepreneurs.

Today, Stellar Formation officially joins Fiverr’s new platform: Fiverr Elevate, a suite of services to assist the platform’s millions of freelancers in founding, running and growing their businesses.

To understand how important this partnership is to us, it’s worth remembering why we started Stellar Formation in the first place.

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we knew how hard and confusing it could be to set up a company. Just Google it — there are hundreds of services out there, many of them overpriced and some of them scams. Plus, these services don’t do enough to address the questions and concerns entrepreneurs have when founding a company.

We wanted all entrepreneurs to have access to a helpful, reasonably priced, and simple solution to set up their own ventures. To address this issue, we got together in 2016 and founded Stellar Formation: a straightforward service for entrepreneurs to create the legal entity of their company, a service by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. Since then, we’ve been lucky to help entrepreneurs around the world set up their companies — from startups to photographers, ad agencies to professional chefs, e-commerce entrepreneurs to venture capital funds (and one badminton company along the way).

Our mission is particularly important for one of the fastest growing categories in the US job market: freelancers. Freelancers don’t always set up a legal entity and don’t always know why they should. We believe this is a big problem and we want to solve it. For this, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better partner than Fiverr.
