SCF #26 Round Recap
The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar and Soroban.
Congratulations to all submitters on your achievement! We received 113 total Activation and Community Award submissions, 57 of which submitted for their first ever SCF awards.
Thank you to all submitters and reviewers for your hard work.
We awarded $2,199,878 worth of XLM to 42 submitters in total for SCF #26.

- 35 projects submitted for our inaugural Early Bird submission deadline. We won’t be doing this every round, but stay tuned for future Early Bird opportunities!
- We had our highest number of Community Award submissions ever — 19 projects participated in live Project Pitches on Discord.
- 80% of awarded projects are building on Soroban.
- 11 out of 42 awarded projects are building end-user applications.

Activation Awards
Awarded a total of $1,286,678 worth of XLM* to 32 projects
Projects new to SCF can request an Activation Award up to $50,000 worth of XLM* for ~1–1.5 month projects. The Activation Award is intended to support the completion of the Project’s MVP of their Stellar/Soroban integration and serves as an opportunity for the recipient(s) to demonstrate commitment to the overall Project. ART Club: Meaningful Utility: $40,000 worth of XLM*
ART Club, sponsored by the Swedish Arts Committee, connects creators with funders and brings discounts to daily shopping.
BorderDollar — Invoice Finance: $38,000 worth of XLM*

Community Awards
Awarded a total of $913,200 worth of XLM* to 10 projects
If the Activation Award is granted and the deliverables of the Activation Award submission are completed, the Activation Award recipient(s) can then request a Community Award (up to $100,000 worth of XLM* for 2–3 months project). Projects are able to request additional Community Awards according to the resubmission guidelines.

Governance Modules Library: $74,000 worth of XLM*
Governance Modules Library is a curation of new/classic development modules for governance in dApps/DAOs, managing/R&D of old and new modules.

Ortege provides AI-powered blockchain analytics & insights for Soroban, making complex data simple and accessible.
