SCF #28 Round Recap
The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar and Soroban.
Congratulations to all submitters on your achievement. We received 108 Activation and Community Award submissions, 57 of which submitted for their first ever SCF awards. Thank you to all submitters and to our review panel and voters for your hard work this round.
We awarded $1,522,689 worth of XLM to 29 submitters in total for SCF #28.

Activation Awards
Awarded a total of $861,189 worth of XLM* to 20 projects
Projects new to SCF can request an Activation Award up to $50,000 worth of XLM* for ~1–1.5 month projects. The Activation Award is intended to support the completion of the Project’s MVP of their Stellar/Soroban integration and serves as an opportunity for the recipient(s) to demonstrate commitment to the overall Project. Grip is the financial control center that supercharges your financial accounts and cards.
Kasmer: Formal Verification — $50,000 worth of XLM*
Kasmer is an open-source tool for Soroban smart contract developers, enabling them to perform robust formal verification.
Merkle Tree Airdrop Tooling — $48,000 worth of XLM*
Merkle Tree is an open-source tool for efficient Stellar airdrops, enabling scalable and cost-effective token & NFT distribution via smart contracts.
Neovestor — An RWA Launchpad — $50,000 worth of XLM*
Neovestor connects emerging market investors with real-world assets and businesses.
OCTO Ultimate SocioFi NFT Hub — $40,500 worth of XLM*
OCTO is a super dApp that revolves around NFTs and digital assets with a strong emphasis on creators and their communities.
Open GameFi SDK — $39,000 worth of XLM*
Open GameFi SDK is strengthening Stellar’s ecosystem with open-source tools for GameFi integration.
PayQin: Blockchain made Simple — $50,000 worth of XLM*
PayQin offers seamless, blockchain-based cross-border payments and card issuing for individuals and SMEs in emerging markets.
Prophe — $42,000 worth of XLM*
Prophe is a blockchain-focused toolset that makes project management a breeze.
Real-Time Contract Monitoring — $47,000 worth of XLM*
A real-time, open-source monitoring dashboard for Soroban smart contracts on Stellar, providing developers with critical insights.
SGF Solutions — $30,500 worth of XLM*
SGF Solutions provides liquidity to Argentinians by exchanging USDC for ARS and depositing it directly into their bank accounts.
Tansu — Soroban Versioning — $33,120 worth of XLM*
Tansu is bringing Git hashes onto Stellar’s blockchain to benefit from the traceability and accountability blockchain technology guarantees.
Teken — Easy Multi-Signatures — $29,500 worth of XLM*
Teken’s mission is to create an easy-to-use multi-signature app for Stellar, enhancing security and collaboration via Soroban smart contracts.
Utoken — $28,379 worth of XLM*
Utoken provides a platform to pay for services using USDC and EURC.
Web3 Antivirus (W3A) — $50,000 worth of XLM*
Web3 Antivirus is an open-source security browser extension that detects crypto scams and warns users before they sign.
ZKLiquid: EVM — Soroban Bridge — $41,525 worth of XLM*
ZKLiquid is a decentralized liquidity protocol and interoperability relay network connecting liquidity across siloed blockchains.
Community Awards
Awarded a total of $661,500 worth of XLM* to 9 projects
If the Activation Award is granted and the deliverables of the Activation Award submission are completed, the Activation Award recipient(s) can then request a Community Award (up to $100,000 worth of XLM* for 2–3 months project). Projects are able to request additional Community Awards according to the resubmission guidelines.
AS Soroban SDK — $28,000 worth of XLM*
The AS Soroban SDK is an open source SDK that supports writing contracts for Soroban by using AssemblyScript.
GiveCredit — $64,000 worth of XLM*
GiveCredit is a platform for crowdfunding environmental impact using tax-deductible donations, built on Soroban.
Keizai V2.0 — $41,000 worth of XLM*
Keizai is the open-source, Postman-inspired tool that takes Soroban smart contract testing to the next level.
ClickPesa: Making DeFi Finance Work #2 — $95,000 worth of XLM*
ClickPesa provides web3 end-to-end transparency and accountability, promoting access to funding for financial institutions.
Rise In: India & Turkey — $100,000 worth of XLM*
Rise In will maintain the India Soroban Community, launch the first Soroban Community in Turkey, and produce 200 pieces of content in 2 months.
SorobanHub — $46,500 worth of XLM*
SorobanHub lets you manage, monitor, and interact with your deployed contracts from a single and free to use desktop app.
Startup Camp 2.0 — Round 2 & 3 — $100,000 worth of XLM*
The Bigger team will continue to facilitate & refine the Stellar Startup Camp to make it self-serve and replicable globally.

WAVY is a stablecoin liquidity layer for the internet, built by the LINK team.
DeFindex: DeFi Made Easy — $72,000 worth of XLM*
DeFindex is a platform for wallet providers to easily offer savings accounts with diversified DeFi investments in a single click.
