SCF #29 Round Recap
The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar and Soroban.
Congratulations to all submitters on your achievement. We received 131 Activation and Community Award submissions, 63 of which submitted for their first ever SCF awards.

We awarded $2,195,557 worth of XLM to 39 submitters in total for SCF #29.

Activation Awards
Awarded a total of $895,598 worth of XLM* to 24 projects
Projects new to SCF can request an Activation Award up to $50,000 worth of XLM* for ~1–1.5 month projects. The Activation Award is intended to support the completion of the Project’s MVP of their Stellar/Soroban integration and serves as an opportunity for the recipient(s) to demonstrate commitment to the overall Project. CopperX is building next-gen financial tools for businesses and consumers to help accept and manage payments using stablecoins.

EaKazi combines and decentralizes Udemy and Freelancer, allowing easy access to freelancers with verifiable credentials.
Globachain Payment Ecosystem — $42,500 worth of XLM*
Globachain provides on and off-ramps for individuals and businesses, as well as merchant services and cross border payments for businesses.
HouseAfrica’s Sytemap — $35,000 worth of XLM*
Sytemap is powering Africa’s land ownership with technology.
Lantern Finance XLM Expansion — $48,483 worth of XLM*
Lantern is expanding their infrastructure to enable clients to borrow USD and stablecoins against their XLM.

Lul is enabling financial inclusion for refugees and the unbanked in Africa with remittances, ROSCA, virtual cards, and other services.
Mystic — RWA lending market — $47,000 worth of XLM*
Mystic is building a lending market for RWAs, which lets borrowers take out stablecoins using their tokenized real-world assets.
POMA: Engage-to-earn Platform — $14,000 worth of XLM*
POMA is a platform where developers receive a cashback through a smart contract, distributed based on their engagement.

Soroban AIssistant is a Soroban AI powered Assistant specifically designed to accelerate the conceptualization and development of smart contracts.

The Starship Soroban is a bilingual (Turkish and English) gamified platform to teach Soroban smart contracts through interactive modules and quizzes.
AutoAction — $50,000 worth of XLM*
AutoAction is a smart contract automation tool for implementing custom logic, time-based, and event-based automated transactions.

Community Awards
Awarded a total of $1,299,959 worth of XLM* to 15 projects
If the Activation Award is granted and the deliverables of the Activation Award submission are completed, the Activation Award recipient(s) can then request a Community Award (up to $100,000 worth of XLM* for 2–3 months project). Projects are able to request additional Community Awards according to the resubmission guidelines.
