1. Transportation: The Boring Company

Source: Product Hunt

Elon Musk launched a view months ago his new company “The Boring Company” wich focused it’s efforts to bring car traffic underground. The concept says that we will commute or travel short and long distances through a network of 3d underground tunnels. Cars will enter a slide like a parking lot and will be slid down through an elevator shaft. Than the slide is going to be accelerated to high speed and navigated by AI.

“Traffic is driving me nuts. Am going to build a tunnel boring machine and just start digging…” Elon Musk

But how it’s going to look like underground, maybe like that:

Musk announced it’s new company in January during a Hyperloop contest at SpaceX. Hyperloop was initiated by Elon Musk and he gave the concept away into the crowd. So now there are a view Hyperloop concepts around:
- Hyperloop | HTT
- HyperloopTech
- Hyperloop One

2. Transportation: Uber Elevate

This is how it looks like when the taxi service offering company will push forward with it’s flying car concept.
The concept catched me a while ago. There is even a big research on this by Uber wich can be downloaded here. So it publicly serves at a silver plate what’s coming from behind it’s doors.

3. Idea Machine: James Altucher

I think James Altucher is a real idea machine. He recommends a daily practise of your idea muscle. We all know practise, practise, practise makes only mastery.

4. Drop Shipping: Spreadshirt

A view years ago I had a t-shirt label. Since then I just did a bunch of designs for my own and let do the printing by an online service. Somehow it has always been itching myself to open up a little online shop again. But without all that fuss around — creating the shirts, printing, doing photo shoots, … and the shipping.

So now I did. I’ve chossen Spreadshirt Merchandising to do most of the production and handlig stuff for me. They’re offering a faboulous service. Opening an shop is even free!

Such kind of drop shipping services will be a major game changer in the future. Just think of choosing a 3-d printing service wich prints your products for a couple of bugs and ships the result to your customers. You don’t need a warehouse because you only pay what is orderd, produced and shipped — just on demand. Think of it like streaming on netflix.

Even at the time when I was writing my master thesis on the subject that nano tech will be a major disruptor for the fashion industry, 3-d printing already was born and I really even thought of printing t-shirts or stuff like that at home. So now you can.

But if you’re looking for really nice shirts or sweats made from cotton then you should check out my online shop.

  • World wide shipping.
  • Your Satisfaction Guarantee: Not 100% satisfied? Send it back! Within 30 days
  • Easy to customize your shirt & design color and much more.

5. (Online) Marketing Tools: Center by Leadpages

I know it from my work as an online marketing professional and I guess I am not alone: Today’s struggle to manage different digital tools or systems for analysis and result based smart decisions or even executing multi channel campaigns.

Due to my research about tools this one popped up — Center — and it might could be a great help for nowadays digital planners and executioners ;-) As far as I understand Center brings all your digital content, planning, analytics and campaign tools/apps in one workplace, they call it command center.

Aye Aye Captain. But see for yourself.

I’m always axcited about your thoughts, insights and experience so just hit comment, follow or like.
