Did You Notice Any Changes in Your Sleep Pattern?

You should get a health check-up done

I sleep for 5 to 6 hours. Whatever time I sleep at night my waking up time is always the same. It is early morning. I wake up by 4.45 after which I laze around for a while before I finally jump start. I have never needed any alarm to wake me up.

After a long time, I have learned in life that I should sleep by 11.30 PM or I will not get sufficient sleep. My days are always full and busy and I never took a nap in the afternoons.

One day my friend invited me to the club where she was a member. I went with her and she ordered some snacks and mocktails.

By the time it arrived, my eyes were closed and I could not even talk. She kept talking and I was fast asleep. She even asked, “Am I such an uninteresting host that you are not talking to me and are sleeping”? I heard it but could not speak. It was as though I was tongue-tied.

On my way back home, I half-slept and drove my car. I reached safely and I was wide awake as the sleep had left me. I was surprised and felt really bad for my behavior.

Whenever I went out for a luncheon on the way back, I would feel very sleepy and would hardly be able to keep my eyes open to drive back.
