In my past articles, I explained, provided definitions, and created informative posts that were well-researched and had a more scientific tone.
This is not that.
This is me screaming: Hi, I’m surrounded by ashes, and I think I’m on fire.
And hoping one flamable person reads this and feels less alone.
Last November, I started my own company, and honestly, it’s been a rollercoaster since. Entrepreneurship, as we know, is more common in ADHD individuals. As a person with both ADHD and autism — or Audhd, creating my own employment was as much a pleasure as a necessity for my accommodations.
My company has helped me gain confidence, learn, and grow as an artist and person. But, it’s coming to light that there are some difficult things to accept about myself as well.
I’m really currently seeing, grasping, and processing the gravity of my neurotype in the context of entrepreneurship.
