The Valentine Hype

With Valentine’s day coming up, people are asking others on dates and love is inevitably, in the air. But this brings up a lot of stress, anxious thoughts and fear for others.

Do you feel this fear? The crushing sensation that no one will love you because you’ve been rejected before. Do you still feel the excruciating sting of, I don’t want to go to the dance with you” that you received a decade ago?

I sure do, but not everyone does.
