In Latin, it is known as amor fati.

It is the attitude whereby you not only accept everything that happens in your life, including adversity and loss but actually love it.

It sounds unlikely at first.

You might think it’s an unrealistic proposition and not worth the effort.

You might wonder how anyone can love difficulty and misfortune.

But remember, it is difficulty and misfortune that build character.
