She Cradled the Smoking Gun is now titled A Murder in Encino
Thanks to those who have read She Cradled the Smoking Gun.
The story started as a short story but turned into a novella.
After publishing the 20-plus chapters here, we took a few more months to revise and changed the title to A Murder in Encino, available on Amazon in Kindle, Kindle Unlimited and now available print and audio.
We also wrote a short story, Prayers for Edgar, that runs parallel to our first title A Nitty Gritty Christmas.
Why do some kids go bad and stay bad?
And why do others change?
We explore the answers using Edgar, a young man who grew up in the San Fernando Valley community of Van Nuys with Anthony Angelino, the antagonist in the first three Detective Tom Stone stories.
