“Some of the best BBQ in Brooklyn… Dinosaur is built like a huge barn, and on nice nights, be sure to eat on their patio.” — Rossy Barahona, Stoop Resident Manager.

Before transforming into some of Brooklyn’s best BBQ, 604 Union Street was home to F. Donovan’s Sons Co. Inc. Contractors and Truckmen. It was not until 2013 until Dinosaur BBQ started blessing Brooklyn with their delicious meals.

“I love going after work for a quick cocktail during happy hour, or on the weekend with a group of friends. The more the merrier,” says Barahona.

Dinosaur BBQ doesn’t just specialize in comfort food. They offer unique atmospheres — their Harlem location will make you feel as if you are in a southern saloon, with a consistently busy live music schedule you can find here — while their Brooklyn location is built like a barn and offers live music every Friday & Saturday at 10pm.

Good news for dog lovers — Dinosaur BBQ loves meeting “Dino Dogs.” Your four-legged friends are welcome to join you for dinner at any of their outdoor seating areas. The dog-friendly establishment provides water bowls, lots of good smells and a “smart sidewalk sanctuary,” providing your dog a safe and cozy place to hang out if you can’t find outside seating. You can even swag out your dog with exclusive Dinosaur bandanas! “Bone Appetit,” as they say.

Grab $4 bottles/cans, $5 drafts, $6 appetizers and $7 cocktails, wine & spirits at a great price Monday-Friday at the Brooklyn Dinosaur Bar-B-Que.
