At Causelabs, our values are a part of our brand and help align us with partnerships for meaningful work.

Who are we?

CauseLabs is a socially conscious company that helps leverage technology for the greater good. CauseLabs, formed in 2003, started as a website agency, but their offerings continue to evolve with technology. CauseLabs has the tools to drive technology growth and equalize the world fulfilling their mission of creating positive social impact. With the expertise that CauseLabs brings, they help companies with strategy, design, and custom software development.

What are we most proud of?

CauseLabs is most proud of the impact they have been able to make around the world. With the work they have completed, they have helped companies triple their reach with underprivileged and last mile communities. CauseLabs has been able to reach over 250 million and are looking forward to seeing where they can leverage the technology that is available today.

In addition, CauseLabs is listed in the 100 best adoption-friendly workplace by the Dave Thomas foundation.

In 2016, CauseLabs was listed #1 for the small business category.

Why did we decide to join the B Corp Movement?

The CauseLabs Team was already performing with higher socially responsible ideology, it was a natural transition to join the growing movement of companies using business as a force for good. Becoming a B Corp holds us accountable to the transparency and commitments that we value. CauseLabs wants to invest in their people and making a difference with technology and the world. Our employees and our company are more than a bottom line — it’s just how a company does things.

Our founder, Azin Mehrnoosh, shares how middle schools can help with crowdsourced language translation.

What is a change that you implemented based on the original assessment?

CauseLabs began to track information better. For example; customers, benefits, and how much employees are volunteering.

As part of our annual team summit, CauseLabs chose to volunteer at Food Bank of the Rockies.

What we recommend for other businesses who want to join the movement?

CauseLabs recommends starting with the assessment so you know where you stand. If you don’t meet the score the first time doesn’t mean you won’t be able to get certified. Keep working on the process!
