When The Leaders Don’t Lead, It’s Up To The People!

I was there the last time we had to make our voices heard, and it’s great to be part of something important and bigger again. Oh, I wish we didn’t have to do this, but to live in this world is to hold a diamond in one hand and a lump of coal in the other. It’s time to hit the streets!

Here’s a minute from a Hands Off rally yesterday. No paid demonstrators, Elon you twit. No America haters. Just my friends and neighbors watching you and dumbfuck destroying our imperfect home instead of fixing it up.

We took Ubers coming and going. On the way up, a smiling Guatemalan man wished us Godspeed, and on the way home, a Romanian told us about the danger of dictators. Seemed right to me that these smiling immigrants were our conveyors. We are all immigrants, we are all imperfect, we are all diamonds and coal. Whose America are we going to live in?
