We had a conversation with Hackajob team.

Hackajob gets people hired by hacking, literally. Complete tasks specific to the job to find the next perfect job.

How did you meet?

Mark and I met at university in early 2014 where we worked on entrepreneurial projects together. Two things that make us different from other teams are combination of energy and enthusiasm channeled to get impressive things done.

What is the most important team value you have?

The most important team value we have is execution — Sam Altman, president at Y-Combinator said “The most impressive people I know spent their time with their head down getting shit done for a long, long time.”

We learn a lot about each other every day, but the most important thing I learnt from my team members is how important it is to focus when lots of incredible ideas are floating around.
