Real Wedding: Natasha & Simon

It’s Wednesday and you know what that means! We’ve got another gorgeous wedding to share with you! Today our beautiful couple was married in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas! You can see from the images below that Natasha and Simon are head over heels in love with each other, they can hardly take their eyes off one another!

I absolutely love Natasha’s style, especially her gorgeous dress & hip bird cage veil! She and Simon are too cute & I especially love that they had fun with their wedding photographs, as you can see by the image of them planking at the Paris Hotel & Casino! I absolutely love this couple and wish them a lifetime of love & fun!!

Most memorable aspect of this shoot: The connection that I made with the couple! It was like we already knew each other and immediately became friends. Because we were comfortable with each other, it allowed me to get some really great shots.

Inspiration: I have a background in traditional art, so most of my inspiration comes from illustrators and painters. The Staircase Shot was inspired by a MC Escher drawing; also, the movie “Inception” had just come out, so I some drew inspiration from that and this was the result. I love how the composition of the stairs directs your eye straight to the couple. I find it very pleasing to the eye.

Style: I like to find the true nature of the couple, their style, and bring that out in photos. In my role as a photographer, I’m not just looking to take a good photo, but to truly capture that memory for the couple and for it to evoke the emotion that was felt at the time it was taken.
