TGIF, STORM Style.
Fridays at STORM Technologies are always interesting. Our Fridays are not like any other firm’s Fridays where employees are just so excited for the work week to end.
In our little startup, Friday is like the 200 meters of a marathon wherein we’d just run furiously to the finish line, not because we want to get out of the office as quick as we can, but because we want to make sure that we exhausted all effort before jumping to a restful weekend.
Granted most people are exhausted by Friday, but the few of us who are still energetic do not fail to uplift the rest. You’ll hear words of encouragement, maybe a few coffee invitations so people can recharge a bit.
Picture above was taken last Friday (Jan 27). While everyone was super busy with their work, Ju (girl in pink top and rose-colored cap) and a few of us took a break and did something fun- that is to make Ju run around the office! We got smiles from everyone. And it was awesome!
