Being associated with scientific research, history has not exactly captivated my attention. There could be many reasons for this. May be it is more theoretical and cannot be subjected to critical evaluation based on experimentation or it could be the manner it is presented devoid of an arresting storyline or narration. However despite all this I stumbled upon this book in an audio format and found it very riveting, contemporary and scholarly coming as it does from the eminent chronicler of history Prof Yuval Harrari. The presentation and narration were very impactful and made a strong case for reading or listening to the book.
