We would very much love to publish all the stories we get, but we do kindly ask you to follow some guidelines to ensure our readers get the best possible experience.

What are we looking for?

1. We love stories with a personal touch that motivate our readers, help, and inspire them. After all, our purpose is to help people grow and change their lives for the better. Just make sure you have a clear takeaway at the end of your work. We applaud articles that challenge the status quo and add a new perspective to our readers’ minds. We invite you to share insights about unity, equality, kindness, and unconditional love. And most of all, we are passionate about stories that add a touch of spirituality to the mix. We are all complex multidimensional beings — bravely talk about that!
2. How-to-articles are one of the best ways to help our readers. If crafted nicely, they are easy to read and get straight to the solution for their problem. Add a deeply personal touch to your story and share how you failed or succeeded. Always include takeaways that people can put to practice in their everyday life.
3. Follow Medium’s extensive curation guidelines. Failure to do so is one of the most common reasons for rejection.
4. Medium has CTA rules. You have to be really discrete. In Medium’s own words, “Medium writers are welcome to promote themselves and their products/services in their writer bio. The story page is for the story.”
5. Plagiarised stories. We will report you if we have a suspicion your article is copied from someone else.
6. We prefer a minimum of 4 minutes read time and above, though we make exceptions if your article is extremely captivating.
7. Really work on your headline and subtitle — this will either make or break your story.
8. Make your article easy to read. Use beautiful formatting, lots of white space, quotes, etc. Don’t get too crazy about that, though. Try to keep the attention mostly on the story.
9. Write in the first or second person. First-person is excellent because this way, the reader truly gets in the story, really experiencing everything you have to say.
10. Pick a great featured image that connects to your story. Make sure you credit the image and that you have the rights to use this image.
11. Before submitting, please run your article through Grammarly. Stories with too many grammatical mistakes are hard to read and thus will be rejected.
12. You can submit both drafts and published stories. Just add the “originally published at…” link at the end of your work.
13. Please no ads or affiliate links in your article.
14. It can take from 1–7 days to get to your submission. We will let you know if your submission got accepted or rejected, or if we have any questions and suggestions.

We are building an external website, so hopefully, soon enough, you’ll have a whole new way to reach our current and future audience.
