Literal meaning: to have a wide foot

Translation: to have a wide circle of acquaintances

발 [bal]: foot

이 [i]: (consonant +) subject marker

넓다 [neolda]: wide

A: 나 오늘 BTS 뷔랑 저녁먹기로 했어
