Today was an incredible day at the library! Four of the ladies from our volunteer group and I had the wonderful opportunity to dive into delightful books with the young girls.
The highlight?
The girls became excited to discuss the fascinating character, the Mad Hatter, from Lewis Carroll's enchanting stories, 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' and 'Through the Looking-Glass.' To top it all off, these adorable girls even set up a charming tea party right there in the library, making it a day to remember!
After the event, the adults found themselves pondering the intriguing origins of the Mad Hatter's name, wondering what mysterious stories lay behind it.
