Self-reflection is a practical way to understand yourself better and make positive changes in your life.

Think of it as having a conversation with yourself, one where you’re honest and open.

Self-reflection is when you take time to examine your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It’s like pressing pause on your busy life and asking yourself some important questions.

Why did I react that way? What do I really want? Am I happy with where I’m headed?

Life is busy. Taking even a few minutes each day to reflect can make a huge difference.

Say you had an argument with a coworker. Instead of getting angry, take a moment to reflect. You realize you were stressed about a deadline and took it out on them. Or maybe you notice a pattern of getting defensive when someone disagrees with you. This kind of insight helps you handle similar situations in the future.
