What’s new in Maker

Easy, intuitive video editor that is fully integrated with Storyblocks’ library to save you time.

Some of our users don’t yet know about Maker, our awesome in-browser short-form video creation tool. We pride ourselves on offering a video editor that’s simple, easy to use, intuitive, and powered by the huge stock library that made us an industry leader. Here at Storyblocks we have two teams of engineers working diligently on Maker: Maker Core (aka “Jelly Squad”) and Maker for Teams (aka “Jam Squad”). We’re constantly improving it and adding new features — take a look at some recent upgrades.

One of the most common pieces of feedback we’d gotten from Maker users was the lack of drag-and-drop support for adding content to a project. We’re happy to tell you, now you can!

Adding drag-and-drop capabilities to Maker also unlocked another highly requested feature — gaps!

Maker users with an Enterprise license can now share, copy, and edit projects with their teammates. More cool functionality for teams is on its way to you this summer!
