We are excited to introduce an upgraded listener feed that is easy to use and makes the Storyboard platform an indispensable tool for your team.

A listener on Storyboard is anyone who does not have an administrator account. These users are now able to enjoy improved usability and new visual elements on the web interface.

Along with a new look and feel, these enhancements give listeners more options than ever before so they can enjoy a fun, interactive, and easy listener experience while getting the most out of the Storyboard platform.

Web cards for episodes

When you log in as a listener, the first thing you’ll notice in the feed is the new web card format.

Previously, episodes appeared in a traditional table format. Episodes now appear as individual cards to offer the most intuitive experience possible.

Each episode card contains information such as the title, description, number of comments, the group the episode belongs to, a listener progress bar, and more.

You will also see your most up-to-date statistics displayed at the top, showcasing episodes you’ve completed, the number of comments you’ve left on episodes, and the number of episodes started but not yet completed.

Use these stats to evaluate your individual progress on the platform, revisit episodes that you may have missed, and get more engaged overall with content from your team.

Filter options make finding episodes easier than ever

New filter options are readily available on the feed. The revamped filter selections have more functionality than ever before to help listeners filter content by the completion status, the episode length, and the groups they belong to.

Take a look at the following selections available to you on the web experience.

Interested in finding the most recent content? Use the sort option to organize the order of episodes on your feed based on your needs and preferences.

Another great way to maximize the benefits of your new feed is to sort by ‘not started’ and ‘in progress’ episodes to make sure that you don’t miss out on any content available to you.

Search and listener progress bar

The search function helps users quickly and easily find what they are looking for within the content that they have access to and the groups they are subscribed to.

Our frontline and deskless listeners are busy and constantly on the go. That’s why we introduced the listener progress bar, to help you pick up where you left off hassle-free.

Now you can easily find content to continue listening to and know exactly how much time you have left to complete each episode.

We are excited about the opportunity to continue enriching and enhancing your Storyboard platform.

Our goal is to consistently offer an intuitive, dependable, and enjoyable platform so we can offer the best user experience possible for our listeners.
