Staying true to their reputation for innovation and trail-blazing, Audi are launching the world’s first AR experience to interact with a TV commercial.

The Audi Quattro Coaster is soon to be released on Norwegian television, and here’s where it gets smart: upon watching the commercial, the device of the viewer’s choice, whether a smartphone or tablet, recognizes the film and allows the car to race out of the TV and into the user’s living room.

The campaign is clearly as innovative as it is inviting — letting potential customers start their Audi journey, and test the Quattro technology on all driving conditions, from the comfort of their own home.
