Read the book of your life
while you are alive
look at yourself
look at the book
you want others
to read and understand
open it, look at it afresh
the old pages you still carry
with torn burned marks
all your life you have read
in them wars, misery, pain, loneliness
without knowing you are
adding all those screams
into your book
maybe you are shading off
memories, leaving dear ones
alone on that page in hope
to move forward on the route
look at the map of life,
the life you missed
while driving fast
in the lust of golden moon
open your eyes, look around,
read the map of human life,
the life you have been,
the life you are
close your eyes, stay with
the dark dreams on the old
page of soul
you have missed
reading
read the book you expect
others to read
to know who you are,
indeed
close your eyes, feel the sound,
rising and falling of waves
in the ocean of memories
you are swimming in
right now!
