As the new moon rose…
She fell
Collapsing to gravity of anything that would hold her
With huge tears watering the world
But it were her cries that truly alerted the Gods to her pain
As her grief continued to rain
It was a day of new beginnings
In order to truly start though
She needed to let go
And retire the resentment she sowed
And the obstacles she brought
And absolutely everything that was for not
With that — swimming in the water of a new day
She & her King began a fresh way
