Now Hiring: Senior Front-End Developer

Strafe is looking to expand its development team!

We are looking for an experienced software developer with previous knowledge in delivering scalable, testable and reliable software.

In this position, you will be working with a team to help bring the Strafe brand to the web.

What you have…

• You have at least 4 years of experience in front end development, you feel
  comfortable with architecturing a platform that will live for years to come.
• You have experience working with TypeScript, React and other front end technologies.
• You know how important it is to create a great user experience for all screens.
• You know how to set up CI, pipelines, and unit testing. An interest in dev ops is also a plus.
• The technology you have worked with in the past is less of a factor than your past experience in general.

Strafe is looking for an independent developer that feels comfortable in taking full responsibility for creating our new platform.

What you will be doing…

• User-facing development of bringing the Strafe platform to life on
  the web
• Continuous integration pipeline development
• Building a high-quality, tested and reusable platform for future use.

What we are looking for…

• Senior level experience in software development
• Experience with technologies such as Node, NextJS, Typescript, React, TailwindCSS
• A solid understanding of the web in general, including HTTP, Web API’s, server-side rendering (and its alternatives)
• Enthusiasm for creating clear and smooth UI/UX
• Understanding that DevOps is not a title or a task but a culture
• Teamwork ability
• Continuous improvement-mindset
• Excellent communication skills
