The Story’s told

If this is a story
ㅤ but these are not stories
what is this story
ㅤ that no one wants to hear
and if this is a story
ㅤ that no one wants to hear
what is the story
ㅤ how do we make it clear
what is the reason to keep
ㅤ on telling a story
and if there is only one story
and it’s the same story we all know
is this why the story
is so tired and we worry
that there are no more stories
ㅤ that anyone will hear

If there is no audience
ㅤ Why are there people in the audience
The audience is a word
ㅤ That has no natural cadence
No real word can change the rhyme
ㅤ The way it sounds the rhythm
the timing of it’s syllables or
ㅤ place in any sentence,
this is the end the sentence
ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ is death

for there is no story
ㅤ that can be told
if all the stories
ㅤ are long sold
to the audience
ㅤ and they know
there is no way,
ㅤ no new to road
we can-not sell
ㅤ what we do not have
and what we have
ㅤ is not known
There is no story
ㅤ this is the story
