Rumble of Chinese Jets in Taiwan Air Space: Prelude to an Invasion?

According to the Defense Ministry of Taiwan, on April 12 of 2021, approximately two dozens of Chinese jets entered into Taiwan’s air defence identification zone (ADIZ) locating between the south-west of Taiwan and near the Pratas Islands.

Such air defense space refers to air zone, either over onshore or offshore water space where any types of civil or military aircraft movement is controlled and regulated by the concerned sovereign state (here, it is Taiwan).
