Anytime, is a good time for a “Cafecito”.

In today’s professional world, it’s easy to fall into a routine of working quietly at our desks and just going about our daily tasks. However, the importance of maintaining effective and fluid communication with our co-workers cannot be underestimated. That is why “coffee chats” or informal talks are valuable for any professional seeking to develop their career.

Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in a “mock coffee chat” in my company Strategio, where I was able to talk with other members about their roles in the company and also exchange some experiences about our personal and professional journey until we reached the point where we are today. It was an exciting and enriching talk that allowed me to get to know my co-workers in a deeper way.
