My Advice For The Future Technologists of Strategio

After completing Strategio’s first simulator, I want to pass on some advice for any future technologists that plan on going through the simulator. I have 4 pieces of advice: Be ready to learn, approach with curiosity, share your knowledge, and enjoy the simulator.

Be Ready to Learn

Be ready, you are going to be learning a ton of tools and technologies. Now I don’t mean this in a way to scare you away, but rather just letting know that you are going to come out of the simulator with an unfathomable amount of knowledge. You should be excited! One of Strategio’s core values is to continuously learn. If you don’t already possess that value for yourself, I would definitely recommend picking it up. Continuously learning = continuously growing and becoming the best version of yourself.

Approach with Curiosity

Alongside being ready to learn, approach every topic throughout the simulator with curiosity. You’re going to be learning so many new tools and technologies, some of which you may have never heard of before. So by approaching with curiosity, you will inevitably gain a foundational understanding of every topic that the simulator covers.

Share your Knowledge

While you continuously learn throughout the simulator, make you sure are continuously sharing! Anything that you find interesting, helpful, or beneficial, make sure you share it with the rest of the technologists in the simulator.

Enjoy the Simulator

The last piece of advice I have to give is to enjoy the simulator. The simulator lasts two months — which may seem like a long time, but trust me, it is going to fly by. This is the opportunity you have been waiting for so make sure you make the most of it.

That is my advice to future technologists of Strategio! Remember: be ready to learn, approach topics with curiosity, share your knowledge, and enjoy the simulator! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to connect with me via LinkedIn.
