Effective Strategies for Re-engaging Dormant Customers

Once you’ve mastered customer acquisition, the biggest challenge for businesses is keeping your customers engaged over time.

Customers may become inactive or dormant for a variety of reasons, such as changing needs or preferences, loss of interest, or a lack of engagement from the company.

However, re-engaging dormant customers can be a powerful way to boost revenue and build loyalty.

Here are a few of my most effective strategies for re-engaging dormant customers and ways to keep them engaged over time.

1. Analyse your customer data

The first step in re-engaging dormant customers is to analyse the data you already have on your customers. This includes data such as purchase history, browsing behaviour, and, of course, customer feedback. By analysing this data, you can identify patterns and trends in customer behaviour that may have led to their disengagement.
